HIIT Pilates 8-Week Challenge

Rosanne from Campbells Bay

Come join us in Mairangi Bay starting on July 20th to build your core strength fast!

HIIT Pilates is an awesome, fun workout done to music that anyone can do. Warning though - the feeling of strength you get can be addictive! It's all low impact so you work at your own level. We are a small friendly, supportive group. Great for men or women.

The strength you build in your core will translate into everything else you do, whether it's cycling, tennis, running or just being able to move well and feel strong and build up strength in your weaker areas to live pain-free.

Here's what my clients say:

Becky - "I really want to keep this up as I'm loving the strength I've built up over the last few weeks - nothing like it!"

Asha - "..honestly the best class I have ever done!"

Stephen - "It's been seriously good. I can honestly start to feel and positive change. It's enjoyable too. I'm definitely going to keep going with this. Thank you!"

When: Classes on Monday and Thursday night, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Starting: 20th July
Where: 10 Penzance Road at the church in Mairangi Bay
Price: $200 for 8 weeks (Let me know if you can only make one class.)

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2

NZ Transport Agency (NZTA)

From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).

During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.

There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
