File Income Tax Return 2019 by 31 March 2020 to avoid Penalties and Interest

Yugraj Singh from Small Business Accounting - Milford - Auckland

Income Tax Return 2019 is due to file on 31 March 2020 if you are linked with a tax agent, and at the same time, you got an extension of time granted.

Five weeks left for 31 March 2020; if you have not filed an Income tax return yet, contact us on milford@sba.co.nz. We will file on your behalf as soon as possible. In some cases, we file with the IRD within a week; it depends upon the availability of required documents for processing accounts and income tax returns. Don't delay to avoid penalties and interest.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
