Respite and Carer Support
Respite care is a great short break option for a family member or loved one that also helps give carers some time out to recharge the batteries. There are a range of circumstances which might require respite overnight or support for day care.
It could be needed after a hospital stay or just as a little extra support for caregivers. Respite care ranges from a few days and even up to a few weeks. A loved one, who lives in their own home, will have their short respite stay in one of our village centres.

New connections
It was so good to catch up briefly with the lovely Lilly Auvaa. We first met Lilly when she joined us from Australia for the Samoa Business Network Business Trip in Samoa back in 2018. It was good to know that the connections she made then have helped her with her move and setting up her business in Samoa. She is now permanently based in Apia.

Great to be introduced and meet Simei Kolio who runs a business in Australia called KoKo Samoa and is in Samoa to explore opportunities to give back & utilise Samoan resources.
Isn’t it wonderful to see our people going back home to the islands to create opportunities, not only for themselves but for Samoa?
This gets us excited and gives us so much confidence in opening up a Hub and basing ourselves in Samoa. Because of these connections and also creating a space where we can all come together, work together and support one another
