LG appliances warranty or lack of
I purchased an LG Washing machine on 28th January 2012 from “The Good Guys’ at Botany with a 10 year warranty on the MOTOR and a 2 year warranty on the frame body. Broke down 31st May. I was not told by the salesman when I was purchasing the machine that LG Electronics do not give a full warranty on their products, or that they will only supply the parts, and all labour costs are to be met by the purchaser for LG Electronics to HONOUR their warranties. Finally received a call today 6th July to say they wont fix my machine. Direct Drive MOTOR not covered. ????? MOTOR!
