Confusing English words!
Stationary vs stationery. Remember stationary – the ‘a’ in ary is for stopping At the lights. The ‘e’ in ery is for Envelope.

Hi folks.
Knarly old guy ( me) have 5 mths to get joints moving before I embark on trip of a lifetime. Am looking for someone who could/ would lay me out some stretching exercises knees in particular so that I can really enjoy my trip.
Please don’t suggest physio too darn expensive I am not totally knackered I walk my dogs and still work just want to be able to move easier.
