Raf Coffee: a coffee drink from Russia
One customer called Rafael asked a barista to make some special coffee for him. The baristas from Moscow created a coffee drink with cream and vanilla sugar. So the drink was named after him. The main feature of raf coffee is that cream is whipped together with espresso and sugar, so the drink becomes thick and tender. And taste remind the the melted ice cream.
