Hi neighbours. It has been a year since Chinese tourist Biao Zhang went missing from his tour group. Zhang first arrived in the country on June 14, 2018, as part of a tour group and was last seen at an unknown motel in Grey Lynn on June 20, 2018. Have you seen Biao Zhang?
