Warning โ›”๏ธ Dishonest People at Supermarkets

Mary from Mount Roskill

๐Ÿ›‘ Call Police ๐Ÿ›‘

This happened last night:

Monday, 29th Nov 2021 at 3 Kings Countdown Supermarket, Auckland @ 9:15pm.

My husband left his iPhone on the checkout counter and remembered it after a couple of minutes. He ran back into the supermarket and found that this dishonest lady swiped and stole his phone.

* Apparently they are locals in Mt Roskill.

๐Ÿ›‘ Warning: If you see them donโ€™t approach them, please phone the Police.

Stay safe * Thank you

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, thereโ€™s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need ๐Ÿช™๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿช™

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship โ€” like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
