The supermarkets are non stop busy at the moment but after visiting some of our small businesses it seems many of them need our support right now.
Supa Fruit Mart at 100 Pah Rd (next to the Warehouse) and Bin Inn Onehunga Mall are two of my local favourites.
Let's help our small traders get through this difficult time.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Begins 9 February 2026. Monday each week during the school term at 10:00am, followed by morning tea and play time at Elevate Christian Disability Trust, 173 Mt Smart Rd, Onehunga, Auckland.
