Alright here we go - I know most of us are probably feeling pretty screen-saturated by now so why not grab a pen and paper and let's do some gratitude journaling!
This is part of my ✨Self Care Sundays✨ series: I will be exploring a new self care practice every Sunday; giving you some new & old ideas for tailoring your self care to suit you. It's FREE and all about encouraging preventative self care to avoid burnout.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
