Profile: Kim Stirling: Kim is an herb loving, whole food focused naturopath, medical herbalist and wholistic nutritionist – and is passionate about plant foods as medicine. After nearly 20 years as Manager for Sanitarium Nutrition Service, she decided to continue her education and completed a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Diploma in Herbal Medicine and now runs – along with a wonderful colleague – The Herbary Dispensary and Naturopathic Clinic in Pukekohe.
