It's going to be a cold winter and we will like to make sure our people on the streets are also looked after.

The current calculation uses a percentage of net profit from the casino and associated facilities including the Sky Tower, hotel and convention centre. SKYCITY is proposing instead to use a figure based on a percentage of its casino winnings. SKYCITY states that funding under its new proposal will match historical levels.
