Mask wearing at Shorecare

Shorecare Urgent Care Smales Farm

When you attend one of our Shorecare Clinics, our reception staff will provide you with a face mask to wear for the duration of your visit.

While mask wearing is not essential in most areas at New Zealand Alert Level 1, including most public hospitals, it remains mandatory in certain situations such as public transport. Most Auckland General Practices and Urgent Care Clinics have elected to continue mask use in order to increase the level of protection for our patients and staff from respiratory infections, including COVID-19.

We recognise that mask wearing is unpleasant for many people, but ask that you comply with this request, during this difficult time. If you are unable to wear a mask, please let the staff know and we may be able to isolate you in a vacant room, or request that you wait in your car until the doctor is ready to see you.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.

Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.

We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
