Quail eggs are very flavoursome and considered a delicacy in many countries.
Our quail run freely in their barn enjoying a natural dirt floor, sand bath and plenty of boxes and foliage to hide in. They love their daily greens.
There are many ways to prepare quail eggs with an abundance of recipes online. Pickled quail eggs is one of our favourites.
