Heartbeats West Auckland is holding its last group meeting for the year on TUESDAY 6th December, at the SturgesWest Community Centre 58 Summerland Drive, Henderson
When: 1:00pm to 2:00pm this Tuesday
Heartbeats is a community-based support group for heart event survivors, their families and whanau.
The group has Maori, Pacific and Asian members and is informal and friendly. Our 'members' have every type of heart condition and are a mix of ages.
Everyone is WELCOME and its completely free.
