NZ POST SERVICE OR LACK OF.

Linda from Henderson

I have been saving tokens for months for a magazine competition that ends very shortly.
This was a snail mail only competition, and having not used snail mail for letters for a very long time, and it being lockdown, I managed to find a Christmas stamp value $1.30. Thought this would more than cover the cost. Stuck it on and posted letter.
Today I received it back with " insufficient postage" plastered all over it.
Your kindness and spirit NZ Post during this hard time is unbelievable.
You must be making a fortune on all the Trademe parcels which are being posted.
You knew it was an entry form because the envelope was opened.
Might be a good time to improve your customer service.

Suspicious Guy

Jan from Te Atatu South

Keep an eye on this guy, pretended to read the water meter, then wandered up the drive crowbar in hand when I asked what he wanted he said power and is there a dog.We have smart meters. He opened my neighbours gate (we are 3 units) and went in the back of her place with his crowbar. My son went round there and he took off. Police informed.
