Heartbeats West Auckland Meeting Tomorrow
Heartbeats is a non-profit, community-based, cardiac support and rehabilitation group for heart event survivors, their partners and whanau.
Heartbeats is all about sharing our experience with heart disease and heart health management, sharing knowledge and providing referrals to medical and health professionals in your neighbourhood. We are all about support, education and 'saving lives' as well as working to help members live better and more fulfilled lived after a heart attack and heart surgery.
Our next meeting is tomorrow, 6th July at SturgesWest Community Centre, 56 Summerland Drive, Henderson at 1pm.
Come along and meet others who have gone through the same life-changing experience as yourself - and bring a friend. ALL ARE WELCOME and its free.
