SUNNYHILLS COMMUNITY MEETING - 5pm, February 14th - Blue Gum Rise Park/Playground
This meeting is to discuss how the Sunnyhills Community can and are taking action to stop The Dairy at 10 The Boulevard from removing their Land Covenant and developing the land with a large unwanted 3 Storey Building with 2 Retail and 8 Apartments that is currently not in keeping with their Land Covenant. The current owners have applied to the High Court to have this covenant removed. The court date is set for 24th February. So its time to step up Neighbours of Sunnyhills and help keep Sunnyhills the way it is for future generations. Hope to see lots of you at the meeting this Sunday.
