Looking for a mortgage broker in 2024!?
My wife and I have recently sold our long time family home and relocated. To streamline the process we engaged the services of Philip Mairs to engage with the banks on our behalf.
From the first meeting Philip has been upfront, honest and extremely professional, facilitating a seamless transition and liaising with both the bank and my lawyer who spoke highly of his interactions with her.
I would not hesitate to recommend Philip to anyone requiring assistance from a mortgage broker.

Devonport Rotary supports Waterwise
The Devonport Rotary fundraising event Festive Bites and Delights, held last year at the Bayleys Real Estate office, raised almost $8,000 — an incredible result thanks to the generosity of everyone who took part.
Those funds have now been donated to Waterwise, which is proudly kitted out with brand‑new wetsuits for local kids to wear on chilly days out on the water. It’s a practical, confidence‑boosting upgrade that will make a real difference to their safety and enjoyment.
