Flatmate wanted

One double bedrooms with big built in wardrobe ,double bed and side drawers is available for rent.
We have a lovely and quiet three bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and separate toilets .
One bedroom is available now with attached bathroom and toilet as a unit with a passageway and two doors in between.So you can enjoy your full privacy.
We two are working professionals in the house and we have our own bathroom and toilet so you wont get any problems in your privacy.
We have a big kitchen with all facilities like microwave,two fridges and ample space in pantry.
Rent will be 220 $ for single person including power,water and internet.
For couple,it will be 320$ Inculding all bills except food.
Move in cost will be 1 Week advance rent and one week bond, which is refundable.
Our house is very close to gym,petrolpump,Meadowland plaza,bus stop and 5 min drive to beaches and laundromat.

We are looking for full time professional person who can pay rent on time, neat,tidy and keeps to himself.

Price: $210
