Chicken is a popular dish for many Kiwi families. But are you happy to pay the extra cost for free-range or organic chicken? If so, why do you fork out extra for it? Although buying free-range chicken might be an ethical choice for many, it's not necessarily any healthier than other chicken.

Free rat traps to help Eastern Bays birds

The Eastern Bays Songbird Project is continuing to work towards its target of distributing 500 free rat traps throughout the local community.

At the end of September, 51 lucky locals walked away with their own trap, bringing the total number of rat traps distributed by the Songbird project to 440.
