$290 Solo + $40 Expenses and $330 + $60 Expenses for couple

2 weeks bond and 1 week in advance required move in cost.

Solo = $870 Couple = $990 Move in cost.

I am looking for working professionals, who are clean and tidy to occupy for a minimum of six months, preferably in their late twenties to early thirties to share with me and eventually my partner later in the year. Keen to consider couples.
