My New Life in New Zealand with Song Lam at Highland Park Library
Saturday 28 August 2pm-3pm at 16 Highland Park Drive, Highland Park 2010. Life is hard, moving to a strange country is even more difficult. Song Lam QSM (Queen's Service Medal) originally from Hong Kong, will share with you stories about her new life in NZ and her personal philosophy. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
