{VIDEO} Neck stretches to help headaches

Craig from Elevate Chiropractic

Did you know chiropractic care can be an effective way of helping ease headaches? Several different types of headaches are either caused by or aggravated by neck dysfunction, this is where chiropractic care could help.

I have recently posted several blogs looking at the more common types of headaches. I also made a VIDEO showing several of my favorite neck stretches that could potentially help ease the discomfort associated with headaches. Follow the link below to watch the video.

If you do suffer from headaches, read the blogs and watch the video and see if it helps. If you would like a proper assessment, feel free to call the clinic on 09 4135312 and we can arrange a time.
