CHILDREN'S SCREEN TIME is a hot topic for parents. How to manage screen time is the number one question I'm getting from parents in my private practice for children.
I'll be doing a presentation in Devonport, Auckland on June 28 on this topic, including helpful strategies for parents and why it's vital to monitor and regulate screen time due to a range of adverse psychological and physical effects (see attached flyer).

I can also get eggs and even sauces. Don't neglect your local butcher. My mother's second hubby was a butcher and boy could he cook tripe and dumplings! Don't neglect your local butcher.
I have no incentive to promote my local butcher other than to say they can give us stuff the supermarkets don't.
