The New Zealand Human Rights Act includes sexual orientation as a prohibited ground of discrimination but the couple said they won't be approaching a lawyer. What do you think? Should they take out legal action?

We've sifted through the junk so you don't have to, curating a gallery-like space that prides itself on an assortment of objects and artwork, both fascinating and mysterious.

Everything is half price, Friday 13th and Saturday 14th July, 10am-4pm. Come into Blikfang Art and Antiques, 130 Queen Street, Northcote Point.

At Blikfang, antique mirrors reflect the silhouettes of sculptures, while contemporary New Zealand art, ceramics and graphics from the 50s and 60s are placed throughout. Laser treatment of onychomycosis (fungal nail infection) by laser is the most effective form of treatment. The added bonuses of it being drug free, has no side effects and is virtually painless, makes it an option that is hard to ignore. No need to have liver function tests and to keep off alcohol for 6 months, no need to fill your whole body with drugs to deal with an infection in just your toes. No need to be painting a solution onto your nails every day for 6 months or more. Additionally, there is no pain with the laser treatment.

Countdown supermarkets are recalling a frozen vegetable mix as a precaution amid fears it could contain a particularly dangerous strain of listeria that has been linked to nine deaths overseas.

The Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) confirmed the recalled products have been traced back to a Hungarian facility, known to be the source of the listeria.

A Countdown spokeswoman said the supermarket had been advised there was a potential risk its Bell Farms Steam Veggies, Carrot, Corn and Broccoli bags contained the bacteria.

The company withdrew one batch of the Bell Farms frozen vegetables on Friday from all Countdown, SuperValue, and FreshChoice stores and has since recalled all batches of the product. Anyone who has purchased this product can return it to any of our stores for a full refund.

Frozen vegetables generally pose no risk if cooked correctly before eating, she said. Listeria can cause illness in pregnant woman and their unborn babies, newborns, the elderly, and people with weakened immune systems.

Information on the recall is available here. More information on food safety and listeria can be found here.
