Meditation Month: Inner Awakening

Meditation Month is an Auckland-wide program offering free meditation courses featuring several international guest presenters.

Throughout March, the mainly evening sessions will introduce the key steps in getting started and offer an overview of techniques, guided meditations and the fundamentals of developing a successful home practice.

Meditation Month is offered by Auckland’s Sri Chinmoy Meditation Centre annually. All admission-free course options can be found here. Find out more
