Coughing and sneezing into a tissue doesn't stop the germs getting on your hands.
Coughing and sneezing into the elbow can really help reduce the spread of germs by not getting them on the hands, and greatly reducing the risk of spray spreading around onto other people. Obviously keep washing hands and drying thoroughly but this is not possible to do when out and about. Never cough or sneeze into tissue or hands.

Age Well Kiwi
We are a new support group for seniors. We meet once a month to share our experience and discuss our challenges & concerns.
With the growth of our ageing population, and more seniors living alone, this group would explore and advocate/address the social, emotional and physical needs of our seniors, and promote positive and healthy ageing.
We meet on the first Saturday afternoon of the month in Mt. Roskill. Our next meeting will be 7 Mar 2026.

This latest batch even features her own hand-sewn designs, and customers have been loving them, they sell almost as soon as they hit the shelf!
It’s creativity, sustainability and community all stitched together, helping animals in need 🐾
