We will shortly have a newly renovated studio cottage available for rent. It is a large one bed, bathroom en suite, fully tiled with walk in big shower and glass slider door, basin, toilet and heated towel rails. Bedroom has a walk-in dressing room . Open area is a lounge fitted with wall TV. Kitchenette - under counter fridge with freezer, storage space, sink, microwave, counter-top air fryer. Open shelving with microwave above. Custom made kitchenette. Shutters on all windows and Roman blinds on all windows and access door. Downlighting.
Bedroom will be able to be closed off from the rest of the apartment with sliding panels.
Double French doors open to a full private garden - very large outside private area. Private access to cottage.
Fully furnished if wanted. Parking for 1 car.
NO PETS allowed and no smokers or vapers.
Pics will follow as we are finalising the renovations and outside area. On Glenvar Road on the ridge.
$450/week.
