Are you considering using your house, apartment or a room/studio for extra income, but don't have the time, interest or furniture to get started , we can help!
Whatever you already have made your place ready for guests with a comfortable bed, nice furniture, bedding's, artwork & accessories.
or....
Your place needs a bit of help to make it ready.
or...
Your place is completely empty.
We can help you with that!
- If it's an empty house/apartment/room, we can Stage it nicely for you (Furniture's, Bedding's, Artwork & Accessories). Whatever you choose to rent the Staging weekly or by it.
- We can set up the listing for you.
- Photos.
- All contact with the guest and Airbnb/Vrbo can go through to us.
- Cleaning and Washing between the guests can be done by us.
We already have good experience with Airbnb and Vrbo and it's a safe way to rent out your place short term.
We have been running my Cleaning Service and Home Staging business for the last 18 years. So we think you can be comfortable to leave all the practical side to us and just enjoy the extra income.
Looking forward hearing from you

Poll: Should complete designs be shared with the public, or should the community help shape the designs from the start?
The Post recently shared an opinion piece on the Harbour Crossing and why a more democratic approach might be needed 🚗🚲👟

We’d love your thoughts: Should near-complete, shovel-ready designs be shared with the public, or should the community have a hand in shaping the designs from the start?
-
77.1% Community feedback and transparency is needed.
-
22.9% No. This would be impossible in practice.
