Older non-smoker for a large bedroom/studio with own bathroom and Hot Water cupboard, dressing room, patio. Off street parking, shared kitchen, dining, lounge and laundry with 3 others. Large flat grounds with all year sunshine. Needs to be family and pet friendly, but with own independence. $220 per week, plus $20 for wifi and energy. Viewing times by appointment.
