Hi neighbours, Former Auckland mayoral candidate John Palino is standing in the 2020 general election, despite living more than 12,900km away in the US. The American-born businessman, who moved to New Zealand 25 years ago, has announced his candidacy for one of New Zealand’s newest political parties, the Taxpayers and Entrepreneurs Alliance (TEA) Party. Hi folks.
Knarly old guy ( me) have 5 mths to get joints moving before I embark on trip of a lifetime. Am looking for someone who could/ would lay me out some stretching exercises knees in particular so that I can really enjoy my trip.
Please don’t suggest physio too darn expensive I am not totally knackered I walk my dogs and still work just want to be able to move easier.
