HAVAGO CIRCUS IS BACK!
It’s not an actual circus, but a load of different skill toys to get you active and having fun! There’s something for everyone, all ages (toddlers, kids, teens and adults) and all skill levels. Can you juggle? Stilt walk? Hula-hoop? Ride a unicycle? Ride a clown bike? Throw a ball? Throw a diabolo?? I will be on Browns Bay’s grassy beach front (close to the playground) between 10:30am and 2pm to help you learn! Please bring some coins to put into the collection box to help towards the equipment (I do this for free, but appreciate a donation towards the toys). There’s some cool stuff which you might not have seen before, and some old retro toys you haven’t seen in a looong time!
Please check the facebook page for updates as times may change if weather is unsuitable. www.facebook.com...

It is time to replace your old halogens with LED down lights and reap the benefits. LED down lights will modernise and upgrade the image of your home. Most NZ residential homes constructed over the last 10 years are now built with LED down light, but older homes still have incandescent or halogens. Homeowners can take advantage of superior lighting solutions, more efficient cost-effective lighting with a significantly lower environmental footprint.

“The market is set to make a strong return in January,” said Peter Thompson, Managing Director of Barfoot & Thompson.
“In December we sold 1,479 properties at an average price of $1,092,518 and at the median value of $1,005,000.
“This is our strongest December sales ever, and the sixth straight month we have sold more than 1,000 homes in a month.
“Only once before have we sold more than 1,000 homes in a December, and that was in 2014 when the market was building towards the peak of the last price cycle."
