The Doctors Sunset

If you’re living with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, low mood or anxiety or just feeling a bit isolated we’d love you to join our walking group!

It’s a free, safe, and welcoming space to:

• Move your body
• Clear your mind
• Connect with others

No pressure. Just fresh air, friendly faces, and better health together.

When: Thursdays weekly - arrive by 1:40pm, walk starts at 2:00pm
Where: The Doctors Sunset, 3/317 Sunset Road
Meet: Ali, our Health Coach, will meet you in the clinic waiting room
Distance: Minimum 3km
Requirements: Be able to slow-walk for 40-50 minutes & be a registered patient.

Experience the culture and there will be a host of games to keep the kids entertained. On the last night of the festival Sunday 8th there will a stunning fireworks display after the closing ceremony.
