Every single blood donation you give can save 3 lives. Blood is needed to help over 29,000 New Zealanders every year. Now there’s a new place you can go to donate blood and help people who need it. NZ Blood’s new donor centre at 65 Constellation Drive on Auckland’s North Shore. Doors open on 3 November.

Join us for opening celebrations on 7 November. Bring your friends, family or workmates to learn more about giving blood (you never know who you might run into). It’s a chance to see the good your donation can do. Book to Donate

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
