Forest Bathing
I am starting a forest bathing/relaxing 45 minute walk (short) at Robinsons Rd entry to Riverhead Forest December 9 & 14 . It's an educational walk through the forest as well as learning some health-promoting and self-calming strategies. The groups are limited to 10 people and a donation/koha is requested.
