What's on: Sound Bath Meditation - Sunday 5 June 7:00pm
During these times it is more important than ever to look after ourselves, connect and ease back into things.
Bathe yourself in the sounds of the gong and singing bowls as their frequency and energy will allow you to stay in a meditative state during the session.
We will tune into the energetics of these times and open up to receiving.
During the session you can be sitting or laying down; there is no need to do anything other than being in the room!
Suitable for any age, any body, any experience level.
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, a blanket & cushion/pillow for your comfort and eye pillow/cover.
Sunday 5 June 7pm at SOMM (1a Howe Street)

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
