And lawn mowing
BOND: 2 weeks rent - $480
RENT IN ADVANCE: 1 week - $240
TOTAL MOVE IN COST: $720

The house is fully furnished, and the room can be furnished if needed.
Double wardrobe with double cupboard.
Room can include queen bed with drawers underneath, tall boy, wire drawers.

In the area:
Nr Constellation bus station.
Great transport links.
Wairau Park, Mairangi Bay shopping centres.
Cafes, restaurants, takeaways.
Gorgeous beaches.

The Current Flatmate:
- share main house with 60yo female. Librarian works in the City.
Share also with two friendly house trained cats, so you must like cats!

Note-Quiet 23yo female lives in self contained bedsit underneath (my daughter).

No other pets, please.
No couples or smokers.
