Yacon rhizomes for free
First in, first served. Put the rhizomes in your vegetable garden now and be rewarded with almost 2 meter tall small yellow flowers in the summer and the root vegetables in the winter. The leaves of the Yacon plant are edible. The root vegetables need to be cured before eating. Yacons are lovely raw and cooked. Taste like a crispy apple/cucumber.
