Giving kids a sporting chance. In-school curriculum, after school academy programmes, school sports days. Education outside of the classroom. Before and after-school care holiday programmes. We are looking for people who have a passion for kids and sport.
The opportunity
Kelly Sports are looking for potential franchisees who have a love of kids and of sport. We operate in hundreds of schools in Australasia, and are looking for suitable potential franchisees to cater for our rapid growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to own your own business and make a real difference to children’s lives, helping develop their skills and confidence through sport.

Kelly Sports has been running successfully in Australia for nearly 20 years. It’s been operating in New Zealand since 2007 and in that time we have grown to 36 franchises running successful programmes in many schools throughout the country.

There aren't many jobs more rewarding than those that involve working with young children. There aren't many businesses that give you the opportunity to do so. Good quality sports education makes a real difference in youngsters' lives and being able to play a key role in helping develop their skills and confidence can be very rewarding.

Teachers and parents are becoming increasingly aware of the need to have their children participating in sports, learning to interact with each other and having fun. It encourages a healthy lifestyle and arms them with the physical, mental and social skills to prepare them for life.

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? 🛻🚨🚓

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?

What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

DOC is rolling out a new tool to help figure out what to tackle first when it comes to protecting our threatened species and the things putting them at risk.

Why does this matter? As Nikki Macdonald from The Post points out, we’re a country with around 4,400 threatened species. With limited time and funding, conservation has always meant making tough calls about what gets attention first.

For the first time, DOC has put real numbers around what it would take to do everything needed to properly safeguard our unique natural environment. The new BioInvest tool shows the scale of the challenge: 310,177 actions across 28,007 sites.

Now that we can see the full picture, it brings the big question into focus: how much do we, as Kiwis, truly value protecting nature — and what are we prepared to invest to make it happen?

We hope this brings a smile!
