The weather has been warming up and we need to start applying sunscreen regularly and correctly so we can enjoy some time in the sun.
Sunsmart tells us to apply a broad-spectrum, water resistent sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30+ at least 20 minutes before going out in the sun, and again 10- 20 minutes after being in the sun.
