Contact the bank directly using official details (their website or app) - not the message you received.

Donโt click links in unexpected or suspicious messages.

Never share sensitive info like codes, passwords, or banking logins - they will never ask for these.

Donโt allow remote access or screen sharing on your device, even if they claim to be from a trusted organisation.
ANZ shared that they may contact you to check a transaction but they will never ask for access to your device, security codes, or to move your money.
