Kawai Purapura sits on 19-acres of native bush with a wide variety of accommodations and prices available to suit your individual needs.
Our tenants enjoy bush walks, streams and glow worms, a full length pool, spa, sauna, onsite café, use of the organic community garden and free morning yoga classes Mon-Fri. Kawai Purapura is a Retreat Centre and as a resident you are entitled to discounts on community classes, venue hire, festivals, events, yoga teacher training programmes and more.
We have around 90 residents here in individual tenancies – it is a rich and diverse community for those wishing to live in an eco-friendly and conscious community of like-minded people.
Enjoy your own tranquil environment or join in our regular community events like Monday’s popular “Open Mic Night,” or shared meal evenings.
Accommodations are retreat style – many of them with shared ablutions and lounges; others fully contained. Room rates range from $150 to $360 per week, plus expenses.
Kawai Purapura is a smoke, drug and alcohol free environment.
