Yesterday we did some Quarantine Cooking and managed to cook up some mouth-watering ribs. Check out the recipe below!

Rib Recipe:
Ingredients:
Rub:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
Cracked pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil
Sauce:
1 cup bbq sauce
2 tablespoon mince garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
½ tablespoon of cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180
2. Remove membrane off ribs
3. Coat with Rub
4. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5-2 hours
5. Last 5 minutes mix sauce
6. Remove from & spread the sauce
7. Return ribs to oven at 220 degrees
8. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes
9. Rest for 10 minutes and enjoy!
