Community Networking Meetings
Manukau East Council of Social Services (MECOSS), is a valued partner of central government, local government, and community sector organisations. We run the largest community database and network in Auckland’s, Manukau East.
Within the diversity of community development activity, MECOSS connects, facilitates, and drives community action designed to build and strengthen people and community leading to an improved quality of life.
While our focus is working in communities of Manukau East, we also work regionally and nationally by working with various community networks including: ANCAD, Community Networks Aotearoa, and the NZ Council of Christian Social Services, among others.
MECOSS provides opportunity for networking as one of our core activities. On alternate months we host the Pakuranga and Howick Community Networking Meetings and the Botany, Flat Bush and Ormiston Community Networking Meetings
These and other events are regularly posted in our events listing on the MECOSS Neighbourly page.
