Demi:
This beautiful grey tortie is the most loving and curious little girl! Not even the vacuum can frighten her off! She is playful, friendly and loves a cuddle. We have raised her with our little old dog and other cats that she adores snuggling with. She would get along in a house with young children as she doesn’t mind being picked up or getting kisses on her face. She loves to play and will chase toys across the floor for hours. Demi came to us very young, so she likes to suckle on fluffy blankets and has even tried to suckle on Zach the dog! As a boy, it hasn’t quite worked but he still loves her. Loves playing outside especially in the leaves at this time of year.
Eddie:
This chatty little ginger boy is the life of our house. This is the kitten for you if you want a lap cat to snuggle up to in the evenings. As soon as you start petting him, he starts purring and won’t stop! He came to our house with our little grey tortie Demi and loves to curl up with her or our little old dog Zach for a sleep. His swirly patterned coat is stunning, and we would love to see him go to a couple that can give him the love and attention he needs. He has always had someone around the house and would be great for someone who is working from home. He does not like to be picked up and prefers to come across for cuddles on his own terms as he is still learning, so would suit older children. However, given time he will settle in well anywhere! Boy has he got an amazing motor.
If at all possible, we would love to see them go to the same home. As you can see from our photos, they love each other, groom each other, and call for each other to come play. They have both grown up with our old dog, multiple older cats, and other foster kittens; so are friendly with other animals. They are both inquisitive and will sneak into any butter left unattended!

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
