High water bill without consuming or leaking water
Dear Neighbours,
I was wondering whether you've ever got a high water bill and you were certain that consumption didn't happen. What have you done in that case?
Our 3 people family average waterconsumption is about 250liters/day, for the May-June period we've got a bill for 2500liters/day!!!!! $377! We've checked the metre is read correctly, and there is no current waterleak.
The metre is 40 years old. And we were shocked to see that bill, while knowing we were at home with no changes whatsoever in our consumption. We were not watering anything...
Have you had experience like this before? What did you do?

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2
From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).
During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.
There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
