We face unprecedented times and there is a shortage of good information around.
We've been watching this train wreck happen since it started in China and we have compiled a resource of well-supported information for people so they can come up to speed on this far quicker.
The measures implemented by the government are welcomed and will help, however, like most things it is helped more by people doing what is asked of them and being informed to do it in the best possible way.
Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
