A Weekend workshop with Lifestyle Medicine Expert and Cancer Survivor
Hey Neighbours! So pleased to announce this event. Dr Patterson and myself have been planning this workshop for over a year now. We are delivering a workshop that combines mindfulness and meditation, with leading nutrition, lifestyle and health sciences for optimal well-being and happiness. Dr Patterson is a top anti ageing legend, chiropractor, author, and terminal cancer survivor with so many incredible gifts to share in this space. Most degenerative diseases can be prevented with the right lifestyle practices. This weekend will include the latest research from Harvard Medical School, and others, that provides evidence for this. Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
