Family/Whānau monthly support group

Saloni Patel from Equip Mental Health Services

Are you supporting a loved one, who experiences mental health issues. This will be an informal get together, to connect, give support, chat over a cuppa and discuss topics that arise. We will be available at group and also in between groups to provide any individual support or info where needed.
Time: 7pm – 8:15pm
Date: Held every first Monday evening of the month – next group 4th February.

Venue: Equip offices , 550 East Coast Bay Road, Mairangi Bay.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
